Men are dying before their time. But you can help Movember change and save lives.

With the money you raise, we've funded over 1,250 groundbreaking health projects across mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. We’re hell-bent on making it even bigger – that’s where you come in.

Fundraising at work is a great way for you and your workplace to get behind Movember. Not only is it loads of fun – it also brings people together for a great cause. That, and doing Movember is good for your physical and mental health (that's what the Movember community tells us whenever we ask them).

This page has everything you need to get started. There are workplace fundraising ideas, resources and downloads. We strongly recommend you also download the comprehensive workplace fundraising guide.

Get started

Your first step when fundraising at work is to decide how you'll champion men’s health. With Movember there are four traditional ways to raise funds.

  • Grow The traditional way to Mo for Movember – growing a moustache to raise funds for men’s health.
  • Move Get physically active by walking or running over the month for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour across the world.
  • Host A popular workplace option, get together with your colleagues and do something fun – whether it’s trivia, a tournament or something else creative.
  • Mo Your Own Way A choose-your-own-adventure challenge epic in scope and scale. Think big and go bigger. You make the rules.

All are suitable for any workplace. Pick one, or mix and match. And remember, Mo Bro’s, Mo Sisters and non-binary Mo’s can contribute equally.

Recruit your team

The next step is to recruit your team. You’ll have fun, build connections and strengthen camaraderie, all while doing a heap of good.

Teams are managed through the Movember app or your Mo Space. Set up your personal profile and then set up a team page.

The basics

  • Pick a team name. A good name makes it easier to recruit a team for your workplace fundraising. The bigger your crew, the bigger your impact.
  • Set a fundraising target with your team.
  • Set the team’s motivation. Make it meaningful and keep it real.
  • Give your Mo Space a personal touch with pictures, videos, plenty of updates and team members’ personal stories.
  • Activate the team feed and share.
