My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness for men’s “healthspan”, so that as we men age, we can maximise our chances of avoiding disease, and cut down the share of our lives spent being frail and infirm.

I believe that as we age, we should continue to engage in activities that expand the boundaries of our health potential, preparing us as men to find purpose in being active, capable, and strong as we move through different stages of life.
