In 2025, I’ll be taking on Matthew’s Many Miles for Movember challenge as part of my comeback from ACL surgery.
Goal 1: Consistency, 60x 1-mile runs in November
Goal 2: Progress, 1-mile with 4:00min/km pace
Goal 3: PB, Sub 6 minute mile
Goal 4: Speed, 1-mile with 3:30min/km pace
Goal 5: Stretch, Sub 5 minute mile
This challenge highlights the importance of physical and mental wellbeing in helping prevent men from dying too young.
