Every November for the past few years, I’ve grown a moustache to raise funds and spark conversations around men’s health—a cause that’s close to my heart. Men everywhere are facing mental health struggles and cancer risks, yet too many of us suffer in silence.

This year, I’m hoping to make an even bigger impact. Please join me in raising awareness. Let’s help each other take charge of our health.
