This November, I’m moving for men’s health, both physical and mental.
Earlier this year, I got back into a regular exercise routine, and honestly, it’s made a huge difference in how I show up at home and at work.
So this month, I’m taking on the challenge to walk, run, swim, or cycle 60km (for the 60 men we lose to suicide every hour around the world), and to raise awareness and hopefully spark more conversations that matter.
