So I’ve finally crossed the 2min mark on my plank!!! That’s best time before workout.

After workout (1hr gym session) I’ve reached a best of 1min 45!

I started the month with plank time of 1’06’’ and committed to reaching 1’45’’ by Movember end...

I’ve been doing planks every day, and started with weights after 11months.
Today I recorded 1’30’’..... so I’m pushing myself to ramp up to 2min plank by month end!

4th workout in 5 days. Run was definitely a lot harder today after yesterday’s leg day at the gym.

Managed a good deep stretch session too!

3 days in! A short stubble is showing through.

The run target is proving a challenge; but I’m slowly increasing the distance each run. Need to make it daily to avoid falling behind.

Other regular exercise and diet is on point!

Initial Funding Support has been strong!

As an asthmatic who never runs... committing to 60K running in a month is very daunting. But the whole idea is to push me out of my comfort zone. First Run logged during lunch break. 1.5km may not seem much to most, but it’s more then I’ve ever done on a treadmill.

So here’s to new experiences.

I need to avg 2km per day, so I’ve to ensure I don’t fall too far behind the average early on...
