I’ve turned 42 last month and I thought what better way to celebrate than to destroy my body by running 1km for every year I have been alive! My second ever attempt at a full marathon is coming up in December and I’m raising money for men’s health with particular focus on mental health. Why not shave down and grow a mo while I’m at it too. We’ve all been through something, big or small, and it’s extremely important to take case of yourselves and raise awareness to help others.

10 years ago, was my first marathon attempt, got to the 40km mark and then had to be ambulanced away to hospital for heat stroke. Devastating! This time, I’m well more prepared physically, mentally, and a lot more wiser after experiencing first hand the real struggles people, particularly young men, go through every day. I’m doing this for me, my sons, and all the lads around the world needing a little bit of help. A small donation to my Movember page will be greatly appreciated. Cheers legends!
