My motivation

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them.

I'm joining the Movement this year to raise funds and awareness for men’s mental health. Not being shy to some facial hair already, I am not going with “the Mo”, but instead I will be contributing through one of the other ways to support this important cause: by Mo-ving 60km during the month. The bar is set at 60km to represent the 60 men lost to suicide each hour across the world. To raise the bar on fundraising, I am setting myself a stretch target to run the equivalent of 2 marathons (85km) in the month of November, and doing it in under 8 hours!

Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
