My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This will now be the 12th year I am proudly participating in Movember, a fantastic organisation that is changing the face of men's health. In 2024, it became a cause even closer to my heart as my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Men’s health issues are something that impacts everyone’s lives in some way, shape, or form. Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in men over 50, testicular cancer is the most common cancer in young men, and 3/4 suicides are by men.

Through initiatives like Movember we can raise funds and awareness, and recognise the importance of spreading encouragement to those who need help.
