My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I have been participating in Movemeber for a number of years now, but in recent times it has become more important to me.

In December 2019, on of my closest childhood friends took his own life.

My Mo activity in 2021 is dedicated to him, and all other men who struggle with their mental health.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

Help us stop men dying too young.
